Woke up early in the morning to cook soup for Yvette's Grandma as she just got discharge from the hospital and also bake Egg Tarts.
Cook White Radish Soup..... =p

Egg tarts was more challenging than Red Velvet Cup cakes.
I hate doing the crust.
You need alot of patient and got hands-on skill.

Here are the ingredient lists:

*Pastry*

-Plain flour
-Sugar
-Evaporated milk
-Margarine
-Butter

*Egg Custard Filling*

-Sugar
-Water
-Eggs
-Evaporated milk.

Overall i took about 4 hours to bake.

Book out at 3.30pm (=
First thing first! Head to FirstDay @ FEP to collect my car keys.
Went to Plaza Sing Carefour to buy Baking Ingredients.

Red Velvet Cupcakes is kinda easy to do.
let me share with you the ingredients:

*Cup Cakes*

-Plain Flour
-Baking Soda
-Salt
-Buttermilk
-Vanilla extract
-Unsalted butter
-Sugar
-Eggs
-White vinegar
-Cocoa powder
-Red food colouring

*Frosting*

-Creamcheese
-Butter
-Sour cream
-Icing Sugar

It took me about 1 hour and 15mins to bake 24 Cup Cakes.
Bake till 11+pm then head back to my bedroom.

Early in the morning, I went to Changi General Hospital for my Medical Appointment.
Doctor says my shoulder injury is not that serious to the extend that i need to go for an OP.
I just need to do more stretches and prevent carrying heavy loads.
He discharge me. (=
The weird thing is he smile at me and ask what am i gonna do after I ORD.
He also gave me a hand shake and 1 day of MC.
Weird.... he is.....

I'm planning to cook Soup and Red Velvet Cupcakes this weekend.
Can't wait to try it out. (=
I went to FOUR DIFFERENT SUPERMARKETS (NTUC, Cold Storage, Giant & Shop N Save)
just to find Softbone-Pork and Dried Cutterfish.

Wake up early in the morning with Flu and Yellow Phlegm. =(
Body felt quite weak, therefore i head down to see a doctor.
DOC says I've URTI aka Upper Respiratory tract infection.
It is cause by Sensitive nose, Sinus and other viral bacteria.

She is also sick - Tummy Upset.
If i know earlier that she have a tummy upset, I will definitely change my picnic menu to a healthier choice. Rather than all the cheesy, creamy dishes.
Bought a papaya from NTUC.
Wanted to pass to her, but she went out with her family for CNY Dinner.

Waited for her call and Finally she called me at 10+pm.
phewwwwww................ thought she fell asleep already.
I wanted to tell her how much I love her, How much i miss her, How much I've changed, but it's getting late and she haven't bath and pack her stuffs.
Therefore, I msg her instead.

Picnic @ Ecp

I'm so proud of myself.
I made Tiramisu, Cheese cake, Cheesy Beef Mushroom, Egg and Tuna Sandwich all by myself and the best part of it isssssssssssssssssss it taste quite good! ((=
Not to forget, Root beer + Heineken beer bottle for beverages.
Flying a kite is quite a tough one.
Luckily, i manage to fly it up twice with the help of Yvette.
We clear up the place and head towards Starbucks.
Carmel Frappppppppppppppppppppppp!!! =P
Head home and play Monopoly deal.

For the past six weeks, I've change so much.
I quit smoking because of my health and i don't want any of my family members and close friends to worry for me.
I've lost 6 kgs within 5 weeks.
That's kinda impossible, But it did.
Day and night whether is it at home or in camp.
I keep crying on my bed.
I cry so hard because I miss you.
I don't blame you for not replying any of my offline-msg on msn, sms, e-mail.
I know you are angry with me! I know you hate me!
I only blame myself for being a lousy boyfriend. Lousy lover.
I told everybody that it's my mistake for being a lousy boyfriend.
For being a bad-boyfriend.

I realise my bad-points and mistakes that I've made for the past few years.
I'm sorry for neglecting you many times. I just want you to know i really didn't mean to neglect you. I love you! I didn't even bare to neglect you.
I'm so busy in camp till sometime i don't even have the time for my own leisure / relax.

Coffee shops at Tuas are quite ex.
$3.50 to $5.50 for economic rice ( 2 Veg, 2 Meat)
$25 per day pay i get!!! I know its very little.... but this is call attachment.

Guess what i did at my workplace today.....:D:D:D
Prepare 20 different kind of sauces and mix them with raw chicken.
The best part i get to fry them and taste. I like the chili one especially~! YUMMY :p
Basically i do a lot of transferring of raw products and weighing Plus packaging.

I just can't stand my Ipod Video.
2 years and 8 months already..... and the battery life seriously Suck!
I can't wait for the Iphone to come out. Heard there will only bee 200 sets in Singapore. LOL.

First day of work was kinda scared and excited?
Scared was because of my fierce supervisor and for excited was wondering which department i was put to.
Savory Lab...thats my department.

Savory Lab is basically incharge of any food products that have HIGH in Sodium Content and the best of all we do all different kind of Sauces too. =D

My supervisor gave me projects like researches to do. Short form is (Homework)
What can i say about that? Challenging?

Thank God my mum arrived Singapore safety.

Last week before she left to Germany, I got this bad feeling that i would lose my mum forever.
As i prayed, my tears were dropping continuously.
For a moment, I thought of the good and bad things happened to my mum and I.
Its really stupid sometimes to quarrel with your mum for no valid reason or even though she is wrong.... after all she is still my mum and she forever will be.

Next year i will be serving NS.
This is is the only year for me to achieve something.
I am going to take GCE O lvls English, maybe a Chinese tuition teacher to help me brush up my chinese language.

So many things to do.
I will be turning 18 in another 2 months.
18 means can drive.....so I plan learn driving.
I still have my NYAA to complete and the deadline is by Jan 2009.

Yesterday i just learn 3 new games for next year orientation.

Exams are finally over!
I did my best and I Hope I score well for all my test.

Yesterday i went to this IDP Thingy at Orchard Hotel.
Basically its all about further studies at Australia.
I chat with some Counselors and they said after my ITE, I can take Diploma of Health Science (1yr) and then Bachelor of Food Science and Nutrition (2 years). BUT!!!! i got to serve NS first.

Today was quite a sad day for me.
When i saw her eyes, i almost wanted to cry.
I tried to control my tears when i was doing my pract, eating and on the bus.

Just last week, my father confess to my mum about alot of things that he had lie to my mum for the past few years.

-My father's 2nd family is Studying in Singapore.
-Stay in Singapore.
-Everyday go and spend his "Free Time" with them.
-Every Sunday go Church with them.
-Even events like...National day.... Mother's day..... CNY........ he always tend to find excuesses.

I dontno what "My father" is up too.
Keep on asking my mum to open a restaurant or a shop.

This friday i will be away for BL Camp at Jalan Bahtera for 3 days.
What to do this camp is Compulsory if you wanna be a Bridge Leader.

Now adays i cant really concentrate and study.

Went Sun tanning 2 days straight in a row.
1st day was with JJ.
2nd day was with my classmates.

I had a tough time bathing man.

Yesterday morning, My mum ask me whether wanna follow my sis and her to the bank to make enquiry for some Account thingy.
I think it was my dad's ideal to open a addtional acc for both me and my sis.
Each month got to put in $100 or more...smth like that..... for like 10-15 years....
15 yeards later you get back every single cent + Interest.

I'm so scared to see my results, which is like i must go and check in another 7 hours.

I Knew It!
Its a sooner or later thingy!
Now more problems are coming!

Last few days, my mum talk to my dad about me taking over my Dad's Business.

First of all...... i know my dad each quite alot of CASH-$$$....and his job is not that relaxing either. Maybe because he got to take care of my younger siblings.
My dad was like talking to my mum : You see your own Son. Everyday play games, Go out with his friends. I was like....Come on man...now i am having a BREAK-Holidays....ofcourse must enjoy abit right!!!!....haha "Abit".
My dad was like...... if you wanna take over my business...you should follow me to INDO and take alook all the warehouse/Factory.
ZzZzZzz I been there like a few times already. Wha Lau ehh.... no network........no shopping centre.....Sianz.

Another Issue is my sis University.
My sis plan to futher her studies on Design.
Uk/Japan is consider one of the good countries which is good in design.
My dad was like....DO YOU KNOW HOW MUCH IS THE COST OF LIVING OVER THERE!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY JUN YONG =)
A few of us went to celebrate JY birthday at Plaza Sing.
We have lunch together at some Jap place....ZzZzzZ. the food was horrible....make me had 3 times Stomach ache.
As usual, every friday i have Guitar lesson at Yamaha.

After that.... I met JJ at Starbuks then we went to paradise for some Pool & Snooker. ahha
While walking towards paradise, I happened to saw sapand Hakim with his friends from far. haha..... WAD A SMALL WORLD LARH!!!
Together we went to play Pool. haha.
Its was like 8pm.
We went to eat our dinner at some food court....cause i wanna save money. haha.

I went to The Cathay to catch a movie with my family.
Eye smth sky....LOL....cant really remember the title of the movie.
At first i thought the movie was like sucky....but it turn out to be a quite good show.

SATURDAY!!!

Lawrence came to my house and together we went to parkway.
After Collecting my Contact lenses, we walk to Katong to eat some Laksa.
Played some lan games at Katong shopping centre for about 4hrs.
Together we took bus 14 to some Condo near Tanah Merah to attend some Church Event.

Went off to Gl to meet bert and Lip Kio at around 9+pm.
Took bus 7 to The cathay.
Met Daneil, Wei Wei, Ming Song and JJ at The Cathay at the Ticket counter.
We watch Ocean's 13.
Its a kinna funny movie. hahaha.

The show end around 1.45am.
We all waited for NR 7.
Alighted at Eunos Mrt station and took a Taxi home.

Woke up at 10.26am.
I'm like suppose to meet my YOUTHs at Tampiness Inter at 11am. lols.
i rush like mad and left my house at 10.50am.
Reach Tampiness inter around 11.10am.
The stupidest thing is everybody is late......aiya.......
Went to eat Macdonals...then to Tampiness Complex.

Total there are 5 teams we got to beat.
We Won 4 rounds and lost only 1 round. ahha...
WE made it to the semi-Finals....which is this coming wednesday at the same place and timeing.
I aim to get either 1st or 2nd.
If i dont i will still be happy i guess...cause its all about having fun...not winning. (:

Today behind my house the park, it was around 2+am...jj and i were at the park chatting.
We saw 6 ppl cycling at the road from far then cycle inside the playground....ok...this is not the end of the story.... suddenly 1 taxi inside got passengers drive through the park.... Wad I Mean By Park is really Inside The PARK. WTH larh.. the taxi was like chasing all the 6 cyclist. then go round and round the playground. JJ wanted to call the police... but i say narh...its not even our problem...So at last we didnt call.

JJ ton at my house....He wanted to use my computer to play DOta... but ended up sleeping. haha.

Last few days something big has happened to my father's factory at Indo.
A few big machines had collapse and smashed 2 people.
It was on the first page of the Indo Newspaper....SOMEMORE HEADLINE. Cause all the kampong ppl wanna burn down the factory....then blah blah blah... when they dont even know wads causes the 2 ppl to die.......stupid sia... never use their BRAIN!!!.
Bloody-H**L lorh....its the contractor fault for not doing their job properly at first.
Total loss is ard $200k. .......i wonder how my father going to claim from the contractor... haha.

I havent been blogging for the last few days because i'm at downtown....having class chalet.

Don't no why when i am bored, i tend to listen to love/sad songs. Its just too sad.

Just had a meeting with my family yesterday morning.

My mum bring the subject up.... about taking over my father's company.
My dad's told me and my sis that we must atleast have a degree first then talk about the company thingy.

I dontno why these few days i keep on remember about my past.

Maybe is because i hear too many emo/love songs.

*Went Jurong east to meet minsi, yvetz, wanru, cher, dick, zhu and chia loon.
We played some pool and lan.

Thinking of going Royal...then i think twice... i'm quite tired... so i went home instead.

Yesterday!

I didnt really had a good rest since after my chalet that day.

Went to meet lawrence at Kembangan mrt station then we head to GL for our lunch and Lan gameing.

After that met my Lovely Classmates at Suntec.
We sat at starbucks to discuss our class chalet thingy.
At first i thought we got not enough money to buy all the foods but end up we got $20 extra....and some more we havent plus those who havent pay. Haha. XD.

Off we go to Marina south for Dinner.
We played some pool after that.
We went home after that.

Wad happened to me.
Yesterday after my IFS Lesson, I suddenly have a high fever and a Bad Headache.
I had to call my mum to fetch me home.

I slept at 5pm till 8.30am the next day.
And the worst thing is i had a BAD NIGHT-MARE.
When i look at things, smth big smth small.....wad....i am like being trap in some places.... and cant move.......

ITs no good to be sick man.
I hate being sick.

Sunday is suppose to be a day which i can sleep all i want, but my sis wake me up and she ask me to get ready to go Orchard. ZzzzZzzz.

Main purpose going Town is to buy my Sparta Leather Birkenstock and to repair my mum's watch.
Drop my sis at the airport (Work).
Went back home and play with Boxx.

Went to GL after playing with Boxx with Ming Song.
Played some lan and had my dinner.

I cant wait to go out tmr after school with sap and hanafi.
I miss them alot man.

Reasons nobody knows....and it is damn weird and scary.

Next to my house is currently under renovation so theres like construction workers staying inside. So we suspect that they climb over the fence and try to get inside.

Lucky i got BoXx to help me guard my house. haha.

I went to the library at marine parade with Zhu..... haha. It was close because today is a PH. WTFish.....So instead we head to some lan shop to do our research on Eggs - Vitamin B12.

I Pontang DB training today. Just to go out with my friends to parkway.

Got ppl said that i spent alot of money on Branded stuffs like example..... Lacoste, Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, Ralph Lauren Polo and so on.......... WAD SIA........NVM.

Anyway i just bough 2 Lacoste and 1 tommy tops for CNY. haha.
I need to find 1 short pants and a cap.haha then i complete my shopping for cny. =)
Last few days i saw these Top Man short pink pants.... SO HOT!!!. ahha. I JUST LOVE IT!!!. I dont care i am going to buy!!! haha. but it cost $69. lol.

I just went to weigh my weight again.
I loss 1.5kg. Wad the fish is wrong with me!!!!!!!!
My target is to gain muscles and Maintain my weight.
Now my weight is 69kg. Which i am quite happy also larh. haha.

Damn tired sia.... I just reach home.
Training starts at 5pm till wad 9pm. Siao Le.
Some more total we do more than 600 push-ups.

I was SICK for the last few days thats why i didnt really blog.

First i had a cut at my finger.
I was so silly enough to help my friend to off the fun at the hospital then i kena cut. Stupid sia.
The following day, i had a Fever and Headache.
Then the nextday, i got Food Poisioning. :(

Wad a stupid Tele-match i had today.
i am the one out of 60 ppl who participate in the tele-stupid, boring match.
For the cheering competion we came in 2nd which i am quite surprising. haha.
YAY. and we got some snacks as a reward. ahha. Total i took 4 packs of OREO COOKIE. hahaha YUMMY :P. I prepared to make OREO Milkshake for the next few days.. haha :P. =D.

Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday Dragon boat Training.
Tuesday&Thursday 5pm-8+pm.
Saturday 9am-1pm.

Had Dragon boat training today. Super tired.
Total we run about 10 rounds around the Stadium, 500 push-ups and alot more new warm up that we had just learn.
We actually got to FORCE/PUSH ourselves to do push-up man.

I reach home ard 9.15pm. Then when i open my cupboard, I saw this plastic bag with *stuffs* inside which i bought from JAPAN then i remember since i dontno wad to buy for her.... i might as well give her the *Stuffs* that i bought from JAPAN. ahha :D.

Today after school i go Tm with my class-mates.

Went back to Temasek Sec School to see my Friends. :).
Had my lunch in school.

Went back home.

1 hr later went to Pasir Ris to meet Sab, Shir and Gerald.
Wanted to make my Ez-link.....but it was close. Fish man. haha.

First day of school SUCK MAN.

Reach school around 9am.
Then we played games untill like 12.15pm.
Had our lunch break till 1pm.
REport to #06-09....last floor.....lucky got lift. Phew -.-'. HAHA.
THen "Mr Tong" my form teacher.......This is the part that i hate the most!
He and 3 other teachers give us some speech for about 4hrs and 30 mins. WTF!!! man. So Boring lor.

Then i rush down to Tanah Merah MRT station to meet Tammie & Txinyi. Thought i was the one who will be late but haha tammie was super dupper later than me.
Txinyi wore a mini skirt, t-shirt, shoes & a crumpler bag.
Tam wore a sort of "teacher's" kind of out-fit haha. Its kinda cute on her.
We had our dinner at Kenny Rogers at Marina Square with JJ "Liang TEH". haha.

Dammit man now then i just know that one of my friend kena Whack but some Malays just mins before i arrive at the scene. And the worst thing is none of his friends help......Wad the F*** man. -Speechless-

This is a very good example of friends just by 1 fighting scene.
If i am at the scene, i cfm will help stop those malays from beating him even further.

I was looking for a bag so JJ accompany me to find.
I walk pass this "shop" which i cant remember the name. I think is fossil - Sells watches and bags.
I saw this bag which i find that it is nice...but it cost $178. Alamak heart pain sia.

Then it was like 9+. So i thought of waiting for Tammie then send her home.
*Its not safe for a girl to go home late at night especially for Tammie and Meryl if they walk home. LOL. Cause both of their housing estate are so dark and quiet.
But end up she with meryl, hxy, mabble and dontno who.... so i feel u know.... i am not that thick skin enough....lol.... haha. SO Pai Seh sia.... so many ppl together with her.

I have already done my part as a BF.
But she never done her part. so ya.

What i want to be in furture.

For now, mostlikely i will be going to ITE COLLEGE EAST - Applied FOod Science(2yrs).
Then i must get good grades inorder to enter Temasek Polytechnic - Baking & Culinary Science(3yrs). I just hope that i can defer my NS. After my 5 yrs of studying, i will be going to the Army. After i come out from the Army, i will be 23 yrs old. I plan to go into Hotel Line which links to FOOD!

I also plan to take up part time courses.
Example.
-Cooking.
-Guitar.
-Maybe some Foreign Languages.
